Drivers in this fleet operate newer equipment on steady interstate freight with runs that stay consistent week to week. The goal of this position is to keep drivers moving with reliable miles while still providing scheduled time at home. This is a good fit for drivers who prefer predictable routes instead of constantly changing lanes.

Equipment
Drivers are assigned 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions. Most trucks are equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators to make longer trips more comfortable. Maintenance is handled through the company shop network to help prevent downtime and keep drivers on the road.

Schedule
Drivers normally stay out about 12 days at a time followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset at home every other weekend. Loads are usually planned ahead so drivers know their next trip before finishing the current one. This helps keep the schedule steady and reduces waiting between loads.

Freight
Loads run across multi-state lanes with a mix of drop-and-hook and live loads depending on the customer. Regular shipping routes help keep weekly miles strong and consistent throughout the year.

Pay & Benefits
Most drivers earn between $1,300 and $1,450 per week depending on miles and experience. Detention pay is included for qualifying delays. After six months, drivers become eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid vacation, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Additional Details
Drivers may take the truck home during resets when approved or park at a company location if preferred. Rider and pet policy available for qualified drivers. Paid orientation includes travel and lodging, and support staff is available throughout each trip.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months recent tractor-trailer experience
Safe driving record
Ability to run interstate routes
