This over-the-road position is built for drivers who want steady pay, modern equipment, and a schedule that stays the same from run to run. Freight moves across the country on established lanes, allowing drivers to stay productive without constantly being switched between different types of routes.

Route Details
Freight runs throughout all 48 states with average trips of about 700–750 miles. Most loads are drop and hook, and all freight is no-touch, which helps reduce wait time at shippers and receivers. The running pattern is designed to keep drivers moving while still maintaining enough flexibility to keep home time on schedule.

Run Schedule
Drivers operate on a 12-day cycle followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. This schedule remains consistent, allowing drivers to plan time at home in advance without unexpected changes. Dispatch works with planned routes so drivers know what to expect before each trip begins.

Pay & Benefits
Weekly earnings typically range from $1,200 to $1,400 depending on experience and performance. Additional pay is provided for qualifying detention, and drivers become eligible for the full benefits package after 6 months. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation time, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Equipment
Drivers operate late-model Freightliner, Kenworth, International, and Volvo tractors with automatic transmissions. Trucks are equipped with APUs, power inverters, refrigerator space, and mounts for TV and microwave so drivers can stay comfortable during longer runs. Equipment is maintained on a regular service schedule to help reduce downtime.

Driver Options
Drivers may take the truck home during reset if safe parking is available, or park at an approved terminal or drop yard. Rider and pet programs are available after approval.

Requirements
Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience and a safe driving history required.
