Freight Movement Details
Freight is assigned through a dedicated account where loads are set up ahead of time to support a clear delivery progression. Drivers operate within a defined regional footprint, allowing a CDL A driver to become familiar with customer locations and delivery expectations.
Route Structure
Load order is arranged to limit delays between stops. Pickup and delivery timing are aligned so a Class A CDL driver can move from one assignment to the next without extended gaps. Routes follow a repeating framework with slight week-to-week adjustments.
Equipment
Drivers are assigned late-model Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with automatic transmissions. Equipment is maintained on a regular service schedule to support daily operation and reduce unexpected interruptions on the road.
Home Time and Schedule
Time off is built into the operating cycle, providing a weekly reset that allows drivers to step away from the truck and return prepared for the next work period. Scheduling is outlined in advance so expectations are clear before the week begins.
Compensation Overview
Earnings for this position are supported by dedicated freight volume and established lane structure. Drivers typically earn within the stated weekly range based on miles, load completion, and standard pay components tied to the account.
Benefits Package
Medical, dental, and vision coverage
401(k) participation options
Paid vacation eligibility after one year
Life insurance coverage
Rider Policy
Riders aged 8 and older may accompany drivers after an initial safe driving period, allowing time on the road to be shared when appropriate.
