Driver Setup

• Assigned 2019+ Freightliner Cascadia
• Automatic transmission with APU and inverter
• Refrigerator and double bunk sleeper
• Mostly drop-and-hook dry van freight
• Home every weekend with planned reset

This fleet is built for drivers who want the same type of run every week instead of constantly switching routes. Most loads are preplanned before the current trip is finished, which helps keep miles steady and reduces sitting time.

Weekly Pay

Drivers in this position earn $1,250 to $1,450 per week depending on miles and performance. A $1,200 weekly pay protection is available when eligibility requirements are met. Paychecks are processed every Friday, and the freight volume in this lane keeps miles consistent most weeks.

Where You Run

This regional route covers Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York, and nearby Northeast states. Drivers normally start the week on Monday and return by Friday. Weekend home time is part of the schedule, not something drivers have to request at the end of the week.

Starting the Job

Orientation lasts about two to three days. Hotel and meals are provided, and orientation pay is included with the first paycheck. Drivers leave knowing their dispatcher, their lanes, and what their weekly schedule will look like.
