Drivers in this fleet stay on a consistent over-the-road cycle that keeps miles steady without constantly changing routes. Freight runs nationwide on established lanes, allowing drivers to stay productive while still getting scheduled time at home every other weekend. This position works well for drivers who prefer a routine that stays the same from trip to trip.
Equipment
Drivers are assigned late-model Freightliner, Kenworth, International, and Volvo tractors with automatic transmissions. Trucks are equipped with APUs, power inverters, refrigerator space, and mounting areas for TV and microwave. Equipment is maintained on a regular schedule to help reduce downtime and keep drivers on the road.
Pay & Benefits
Weekly earnings usually range from $1,200 to $1,400 depending on experience and performance. Miles stay consistent, and additional pay is provided when delays qualify. After 6 months, drivers become eligible for the full benefit package, including:
Running Schedule
Drivers operate on a 12-day run followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. The schedule is planned in advance so drivers know when they will be home, and dispatch keeps the same general running pattern whenever possible.
Freight
Loads move throughout the continental United States with average trips around 700–750 miles. Freight is dry van and 100% no-touch, with a strong drop-and-hook percentage that helps reduce waiting time at customers.
Driver Options
Drivers may take the truck home during reset if safe parking is available, or park at an approved yard or terminal. Rider and pet programs are available after approval.
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience required.
