About the Role:

As a CDL-A truck driver, you'll run dedicated regional routes with consistent freight and preloaded trailers. Most loads are drop-and-hook, helping reduce wait times and keep you moving. Routes stay within regional areas, giving you familiarity with lanes and more predictable scheduling week to week. This position is built for drivers who want steady miles, reliable home time, and a consistent routine.

Route & Scheduling:

You'll work with a dispatch team that provides clear load planning and consistent communication throughout the week. Drivers can expect steady miles without excessive downtime, helping maintain reliable weekly earnings. Most deliveries are scheduled to keep your route flowing efficiently, minimizing delays at shippers and receivers. This setup allows CDL-A truck drivers to stay productive on the road while still maintaining a predictable weekly routine.
