Weekly Pay: $1,200–$1,400 | Home Time: Every Other Weekend
Nationwide dry van freight | No-touch loads | Consistent miles
This fleet runs on a set 12-day schedule designed to keep drivers moving while still providing dependable time at home. Freight moves on long-haul lanes across the country, giving drivers steady work without constant changes to the type of runs they are pulling. The position works well for drivers who prefer a predictable routine and modern equipment.
Schedule
Drivers stay on a 12-day run followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. The running pattern stays consistent from trip to trip, which helps drivers plan their home time in advance. Dispatch works from planned routes so drivers know what to expect before the next load is assigned.
Freight Network
Loads move coast-to-coast throughout the continental United States with average hauls around 700–750 miles. All freight is no-touch, and a large percentage is drop and hook. This keeps delays down and allows drivers to spend more time on the road instead of waiting at docks.
Pay & Benefits
Drivers in this position usually earn between $1,200 and $1,400 per week depending on experience and performance. Detention pay is provided when delays qualify. After 6 months, drivers become eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage along with paid vacation time and a 401(k) retirement plan.
Equipment
Late-model Freightliner, Kenworth, International, and Volvo tractors are assigned to this fleet. All trucks have automatic transmissions along with APUs, power inverters, refrigerator space, and mounting areas for TV and microwave. Equipment is maintained on a regular service schedule to help reduce downtime.
Driver Options
Drivers may take the truck home during reset if safe parking is available, or park at an approved terminal or drop yard. Rider and pet programs are available after approval.
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience and a safe driving history required.
