How the Work Runs
A Class A CDL driver operates within a system designed for consistency. Loads are assigned in advance, transitions are planned, and routes are structured to avoid unnecessary delays. The focus stays on keeping trucks moving rather than waiting between assignments.
Equipment & Setup
Kenworth T680 trucks with automatic transmissions are standard. Each unit includes a refrigerator and APU for extended runs, along with in-cab systems that support time on the road. Reefer trailers are used for all loads.
Time Off Structure
Home time is scheduled as 6 days off per month with advance notice. Drivers can split or group their time off depending on availability, allowing flexibility without a fixed weekly schedule.
Earnings Overview
Pay remains consistent with steady miles and reliable dispatch.

Additional earnings may apply for layover and detention when applicable.
Requirements Snapshot
A Class A CDL driver must have at least 3 months of recent OTR or regional experience, or more time driving than not. A valid CDL-A license is required and must match residence before dispatch. Drivers must meet basic safety standards with no recent major violations.
