CDL-A Truck Driver | Wilmington, DE
Regional CDL-A Truck Driver | Weekly Pay: $1,500 to $1,650
Weekly reset | Temperature-controlled truckload and multi-stop deliveries
How This Run Is Set Up
A CDL A driver operates primarily east of I-35, handling refrigerated shipments between distribution points and customer locations. Some runs focus on longer stretches between stops, while others involve multiple delivery points that require more frequent transitions.
The lane mix rotates based on freight demand, giving drivers a changing run pattern instead of repeating the same route sequence each week.
Weekly Schedule
Home time is incorporated into the routing cycle, allowing a CDL-A truck driver to return for a reset on a regular weekly basis. Return timing is tied to delivery completion and next load availability, with most drivers finishing a full run before heading back.
This approach creates a repeatable schedule without extended time out on the road.

Assigned equipment includes late-model Peterbilt 579 and Kenworth T680 tractors configured for regional operation.

APU systems for idle management

Freight Profile
Temperature-controlled freight includes both full truckload and multi-stop deliveries. A CDL A driver may move between direct shipments and routes with several stops depending on customer demand and delivery requirements.
Load types and routing combinations shift throughout the week to keep freight coverage balanced across the region.
