Reefer, no-touch with drop-and-hook
Fleet Workflow
Freight moves through assigned regional lanes east of I-35, where pickup appointments and delivery windows are scheduled to support route continuity between stops without extended wait time. A CDL-A truck driver operates within a system that supports continuous movement across multiple delivery points.
Routes are not fixed week to week, allowing a Class A CDL driver to run a mix of familiar corridors and changing stops while maintaining a steady flow of miles.
On-Road Routine
A CDL A driver can expect preloaded trailers on most runs, which helps reduce time at shipping facilities and keeps transitions between loads more efficient.
Mix of drop-and-hook and live unload freight
Delivery sequences arranged to limit downtime between stops
This setup allows drivers to stay focused on driving while maintaining pace across regional routes.
Equipment & Setup
Late-model automatic trucks are assigned and maintained on a consistent service schedule. Each unit includes inverters, refrigerators, APUs, and Bluetooth capability to support comfort and functionality on the road.
Drivers remain in assigned equipment, reducing the need to adjust between trucks and helping maintain familiarity with performance.
Work Structure
Home time is built into the run cycle, with a full reset every other week. The schedule supports extended time on the road followed by planned time off, without requiring the same route pattern each cycle.
This position fits a CDL-A truck driver who prefers a balance between structured routing and varied delivery locations.
Benefits & Coverage
A full benefits package is available, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with paid time off and holiday pay. A 401(k) program is offered with company participation, and both rider and pet policies are available from the start.
