Pay for this position stays consistent because freight runs year-round on established lanes. Most drivers earn between $1,300 and $1,450 per week depending on miles and experience. Detention pay is included for qualifying delays, and full benefits become available after six months, including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
