The mix of drop-and-hook and live loads keeps the schedule balanced and predictable.

Drivers in this fleet usually operate on a 12-day run cycle followed by a full 48-hour reset at home every other weekend. Routes are planned in advance whenever possible so drivers are not waiting on dispatch to find the next load. This setup works well for drivers who want dependable home time without giving up over-the-road income.

Equipment in this fleet includes 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors. Most trucks are equipped with APUs, power inverters, and refrigerators to make longer trips more comfortable. Maintenance is handled through the company shop network to help reduce downtime and keep drivers on schedule.

Pay depends on miles and experience, but most drivers average between $1,300 and $1,450 per week. Detention pay is provided for qualifying delays. After six months, drivers become eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid vacation, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Drivers may take the truck home during resets when approved or park at a company location if preferred. A rider and pet policy is available for qualified drivers. Orientation is paid, with travel and lodging provided, and support staff remains available throughout each trip.

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
Safe driving record
