CDL-A Truck Driver - Regional Routes, Steady Miles, Predictable Home Time

Terminal Area: Charleston, SC 29401

This regional driving position is built for drivers who want consistent miles, clear pay, and scheduled time off. Freight runs primarily across the Midwest and East Coast with advance load planning to keep drivers moving and reduce downtime.

Weekly Pay – $1,200 to $1,600
Home Time – Every other week with scheduled days off
Freight – Dry van, mostly no-touch

Drivers on this account typically run 2500+ miles per week with dispatch planned ahead to maintain steady weekly checks.

Routes & Schedule

This position runs structured regional routes designed to keep freight consistent. Loads are assigned in advance so drivers know where they are going and when they will be home. Time off is scheduled every other week and does not change from trip to trip.

Equipment

Drivers operate late-model Kenworth T680 trucks with automatic transmission, APU, inverter, and in-cab 5th wheel release. Equipment is maintained regularly and assigned to the driver.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months recent tractor-trailer experience
