Pay and Miles

• Average weekly earnings $1,300–$1,700
• $0.56–$0.64 CPM based on experience
• 1,500–1,800 miles per week
• Stop pay $15 per stop
• Short haul pay $15 per load
• Performance bonuses available

Home Time

• Out Monday through Friday with weekend home time
• Consistent weekly reset at home

Freight and Equipment

• Dry van freight
• 100% no touch
• Mix of drop and hook and live unloads

Driver Setup

Entry-Level Drivers

• Drivers with a CDL-A and at least 120 hours from an accredited school can be considered
• Structured onboarding and driver support provided during your first weeks
• Paid training program available for qualified new drivers

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A
• Minimum age 21
• 6 months OTR experience in the last 12 months or 1 year in the last 5 years
• Stable work history
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening (hair and urine)
• No SAP drivers
• No Clearinghouse violations
