Thomas Talent Network (TTN) is a national staffing and recruiting agency actively placing CDL Class A Drivers with trucking companies across the United States. We are expanding our recruiter network and looking for experienced CDL/transportation recruiters ready to hit the ground running and earn on every placement they make.
What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and submit qualified CDL Class A Driver candidates to TTN for active openings
- Verify candidates meet client requirements including MVR, drug screen, and background check standards
- Conduct phone screens and manage candidate communication through the placement process
- Submit candidates through TTN's ATS (PyjamaHR) following TTN submission guidelines
- Maintain consistent activity — pipeline, outreach, and submissions on a weekly basis
What You Earn
- Earning potential of $80,000–$150,000+ annually based on your activity and placements
- Fast payouts — most recruiters see their first payout within 3 weeks of a completed placement
- Uncapped earnings — the more you place, the more you make
What You Need
- Proven experience recruiting CDL drivers or sourcing transportation/logistics talent
- Ability to work independently — this is a 1099 contractor role, no hand-holding
- Familiarity with CDL requirements: MVR standards, DOT physicals, HOS regulations, endorsements
- Strong candidate sourcing skills — job boards, social media, referrals, cold outreach
- Reliable communication and ability to meet submission deadlines
- Must provide your own recruiting tools and resources
- Must sign TTN's Independent Contractor Agreement prior to receiving job orders
- Must reside in the United States
