CDL Driver - Front Load

Front-End Drivers operate front-end trucks that provide services to a variety of multi-family residential and commercial routes removing and transporting waste or recyclables in fulfillment of customer contracts. This position will service multiple customers per day according to assigned routes. The waste will then need to be transferred to the appropriate station, landfill or drop-off location.

Your Typical Day

As a Front-Load Driver, you are the face of GFL. Based out of our Waunakee, WI facility, you will:

• Operate high-quality commercial frontload trucks on established commercial and multi-family residential routes.

• Use on-board GPS and key maps to navigate efficiently across the local area.

• Interact professionally with our customers and the public.

• Keep "Team Green" safe by performing thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and following all safety protocols.

What You’ll Need to Join the Team

• License: A valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

• Experience: At least 1 year of commercial driving experience OR a certificate from an accredited CDL school.

• Physicality: Ability to handle the physical nature of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs and maneuvering containers when necessary.

• Safety Mindset: A clean driving record and a commitment to "Safety First, Always."
