CDL Driver / General Laborer

This position involves performing routine construction related activities such as pulling rope, climbing ladders, using common hand tools, manual digging with shovel, cable handling, and general clean-up.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

• Stock and load trucks with materials for jobs
• Complete daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance checks
• Accurately complete all required company documentation for each assignment according to established company standards and procedures
• Organize materials, tools, and equipment
• Ability to read blueprints to interpret daily work assignment
• Traffic Control & Safety
• General clean up of truck and work areas
• Perform work in a safe manner and comply with all established safety policies and procedures
• Reconcile all issued parts and materials on a daily basis to ensure accurate material usage counts
• Willingness to work shifts as assigned, including daily overtime when necessary
• Able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift.

• Capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Must be able to bend, stand, sit, crawl, climb, and lift throughout each day
• Ability to communicate professionally with co-workers, homeowners, and customers
• Must be reliable, responsible, and dependable work attendance
• Must have valid driver's license, CDL is a plus
• Must be able to pass drug and background screening
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
