CDL Bus Driver – Make an Impact Behind the Wheel

As a People's Express CDL Driver, you will transport clients to medical appointments, work, grocery stores, and personal events. Our services support the entire community, with a special focus on seniors, individuals with disabilities, and low-income residents - helping them remain active and independent.

This is more than a driving job. It's a people-first role that requires patience, professionalism, and heart.

What You'll Do:

• Operate a range of vehicles including cars, minivans, transit vans, and cutaway buses (up to 33 passengers)
• Safely transport passengers to and from appointments, work, and daily activities
• Assist and secure clients who use mobility devices (vehicles equipped with lifts)
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort at all times
• Provide exceptional service to riders of all backgrounds

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Shifts ranging from 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Early start availability preferred (as early as 4:00 AM)
• Occasional weekends as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum Class C CDL with "P" endorsement
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol screening
• Valid CDL medical card (or ability to obtain one)
• Availability to work 5 days per week
• A team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Sensitivity and professionalism when working with seniors and individuals with disabilities

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay from $21.00 per hour
