San Antonio, TX 78202
Weekly pay, steady miles, and reliable home time are the three things most CDL A drivers ask about first. This position is built to keep those three areas consistent every week. Class A CDL drivers in this fleet run scheduled regional freight with assigned equipment, planned dispatch, and a weekly reset that is built into the operation instead of added later.

Pay is built on consistent regional mileage, not short runs, which allows a CDL A driver to maintain steady weekly earnings. Bonuses for fuel efficiency, clean inspections, and performance reviews are available throughout the year.
Drivers haul dry van freight through established regional lanes with a high percentage of drop-and-hook loads. Dispatch planning is done ahead of time so a Class A CDL driver knows the next run before finishing the current one. Most drivers average close to 3,000 miles each week with minimal downtime between loads.
Communication is direct with dispatch, which helps keep routing clear and avoids last-minute changes that can affect home time.
This fleet runs International tractors that are approximately 2–3 years old. Trucks are maintained on a regular schedule and assigned to the driver. Secure drop yard parking is available during weekly resets so a CDL-A truck driver does not have to search for parking when returning home.
Home time is scheduled every week with a full 48-hour reset. Routes are built to return drivers to the same operating area each cycle, making it easier to plan personal time without unexpected delays.
