Freight is scheduled in advance, allowing drivers to move from one assignment to the next without relying on last-minute dispatch changes. This helps maintain consistent weekly mileage across each 12-day cycle while keeping the schedule predictable.

Equipment
Drivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors equipped with automatic transmission, APU, inverter, and refrigerator. Trucks are assigned and maintained on a scheduled basis to reduce downtime. Equipment can be taken home during reset when parking is available or returned to a terminal.

Earnings & Benefits

Operations

Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
Acceptable driving record
Ability to operate across multiple states and meet DOT standards
