Pay & Benefits
Drivers typically earn between $1,300 and $1,450 per week depending on miles and experience. Detention pay is provided for qualifying delays, adding protection when schedules are impacted. After six months, drivers become eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Freight Flow
Freight moves across multi-state routes with a mix of drop-and-hook and live loads. Most shipments are no-touch, allowing drivers to stay productive and focused on miles. Consistent customer lanes help maintain steady weekly movement without unnecessary downtime between loads.

Equipment Setup
Drivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions. Most trucks include APUs, inverters, and refrigerator space to support multi-day runs. Maintenance is handled through a company network to keep equipment reliable and reduce service delays.

Run Schedule
12-day operating cycles followed by a full 48-hour reset every other weekend. Loads are typically planned ahead so drivers know their next move before completing the current run, helping maintain consistent miles and dependable home time.

Driver Options
The truck may be taken home during resets when approved or parked at a company location if preferred. A rider and pet policy is available for qualified drivers. Paid orientation includes travel, lodging, and meals, with support staff available throughout each trip.
