Drivers in this fleet run long-haul dry van freight on repeat lanes that stay busy year-round. The schedule is built to keep miles consistent while still giving drivers planned time at home. This position works well for drivers who want predictable pay, newer equipment, and dispatch that keeps trips organized instead of changing plans every day.

Run Structure
Most drivers stay out about 12 days at a time followed by a full 48-hour reset at home every other weekend. Freight moves on established interstate routes, which helps keep dispatch consistent and reduces sitting time between loads. Trips are normally planned in advance so drivers know where they are heading next.

What You'll Be Driving
Late-model Freightliner and Kenworth tractors
Automatic transmission fleet
APU, inverter, and refrigerator in most trucks
Assigned equipment whenever possible
Company maintenance network across major lanes

Earnings
Weekly pay usually ranges from $1,300 to $1,500 depending on miles and experience. Steady freight keeps income consistent, and detention pay is added when delays qualify. After six months, drivers are eligible for full benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
