Start your CDL-A driving career through a paid over-the-road training program designed for new drivers. You will work with an experienced mentor and gain practical driving experience before transitioning to a solo position.
Training Program Overview
During the mentor phase, drivers operate over-the-road routes while learning trip planning, safety procedures, and daily freight operations. The goal is to prepare drivers for steady miles and independent driving after training is completed.
Paid Training
• 4–6 weeks of paid over-the-road training with an experienced mentor
• Training period is fully compensated
• $300 orientation pay added to the first paycheck after upgrading to solo
Earnings After Training
• $0.56 per mile on all dispatched miles
• Typical weekly earnings: $1,300–$1,500 depending on miles driven
• Drivers generally run between 1,600 and 2,200 miles per week
Freight and Schedule
• 100% no-touch freight with approximately 50% drop and hook loads
• Consistent weekly mileage between 1,600–2,200 miles
• Home time every 14 days with two full days off after completing training

Requirements
• CDL-A from an accredited driving school with at least 120 hours of training
• Minimum age requirement of 21 years
• No DUI convictions within the past 5 years
• Clean motor vehicle record with no major violations in the last 3 years
• Ability to pass both hair and urine drug testing
• Consistent employment record with limited gaps
