Drivers in this role stay moving with steady miles and a clear schedule. Expect around 2,200–2,500 miles per week and weekly pay that typically lands between $1,400 and $1,600. Home time is built in every two weeks, so you know when you're getting back.

This is a W2 position with benefits starting on day one.

The Work

  • Dry van freight with minimal handling required
  • Mostly drop and hook freight to reduce downtime
  • Mix of regional, OTR, and dedicated opportunities

What You Make

  • $0.56 – $0.65 CPM based on experience
  • Average weekly pay $1,400 – $1,600

Getting Started

  • Valid Class A CDL required or completion of at least 120 hours through an accredited program
  • New drivers train 3–5 weeks with a dedicated mentor
  • $650 weekly pay during training
  • Training focuses on real-world driving, inspections, and log compliance
  • Drivers run supervised miles before going solo

What We Expect

  • 21+ with a valid Class A CDL
  • Experience preferred, but not required for qualified trainees
  • Strong safety record
  • No major or DOT preventable accidents
  • No preventable accidents within the last 5 years
  • No more than 2 preventable incidents
  • No safety-related termination from previous employer
  • No failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol tests
  • No commercial DUI within the last 5 years
  • Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
