$1,100-$1,300 weekly pay combined with frequent home time makes this Phoenix-based position a strong option for drivers who want to stay local without giving up steady miles. Drivers run dedicated West Coast routes while returning home every other day, creating a consistent and manageable routine.

Freight is tied to food distribution, which keeps loads moving year-round and reduces downtime between runs. Most drivers handle two to three loads per week, maintaining steady miles without the pressure of long-haul schedules. Freight is no-touch, allowing you to stay focused on driving instead of handling cargo.

The schedule is designed to keep drivers active while still providing regular time at home. Most runs operate Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work depending on freight demand. Drivers also receive a full 34-hour reset each week.

Equipment includes newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks with automatic transmission, APUs, and inverters to support comfort during each shift. Trucks are maintained regularly to ensure reliability and reduce delays on the road.

Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
3+ months tractor trailer experience
Pass DOT physical
Safe driving record preferred
