Roll-Off Truck Driver

Hiller Disposals is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Class B Driver to operate a roll-off truck servicing residential, commercial, and construction customers. The ideal candidate will have roll-off experience, but we are willing to train the right individual who has a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with the opportunity to grow with a local company.

Responsibilities

• Operate a roll-off truck to deliver, pick up, and transport disposal containers.
• Service residential, commercial, and construction sites safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Secure loads and ensure compliance with all DOT and company safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate driver logs and required paperwork.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding routes, service issues, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B license required.
• Roll-off experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Clean driving record and ability to successfully complete all DOT pre-hire requirements.
• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment and back into tight areas.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to climb in and out of the truck cab multiple times per day.
• Ability to perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
