Iron Mountain is seeking a versatile and motivated Hybrid CDL Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles for transport while maintaining precise inventory control and order fulfillment within our warehouse environment.
This is a 12-month project position with the potential to become a permanent part of the Iron Mountain family.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Execute safe commercial driving and warehouse operations by transporting assets securely and managing the physical intake, storage, and retrieval of items to meet daily service level agreements.
Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate efficient delivery schedules and ensure all inventory movements are accurately tracked in our management systems.
Ensure strict compliance with DOT regulations and organizational safety standards to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and the community.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum Age and License: Minimum age of 21 with a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and a consistently good driving record. Successfully meet the background check, drug screen, and DOT physical requirements.
Route Experience: At least one year of route transportation experience (preferred).
Physical requirements: The ability to lift at least 70 pounds and push/pull bins from 25 to 350 pounds (average 170 pounds). Carry recycling bins over, up, and down inclines, stairs and ladders. Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.
What We Offer :
Competitive Pay Rate : 28$/hour
Monday to Thursday Role : 10 hours / day
