Oriole Transportation is seeking reliable CDL-A Regional Drivers for steady miles, consistent home time, modern equipment, and multiple bonus opportunities—including a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
Pay & Bonuses
Average Weekly Pay: $1,120–$1,220 gross per week
Sign-On Bonus: $500 after your first load + $500 after 30 days (must be active and seated at payout)
Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours
Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
Performance Bonus: Up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity
Schedule & Home Time
Home Weekly with a guaranteed 34-hour reset
Regional routes providing steady miles with predictable home time
Drivers typically run approximately 1,800 miles per week
Freight & Equipment
100% No-Touch Freight
Mix of 50–60% drop & hook and 40–50% live unload
Late-model 2021+ Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths
24/7 access to operations support
Driver Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of solo CDL-A driving experience
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Safe driving history
Strong trip-planning skills for regional operations
