CDL Class A Driver

Areas of Responsibility:

• Delivery of Company product to customers at assigned delivery times and via scheduled routes. 

• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and ensure safe delivery of quality Company product. 

• Act as a positive ambassador for Gotham Greens and openly request service feedback and aim to resolve client complaints 

• Collect payments, invoices, related items and documents. 

• Accurate completion of logs and reports (i.e. pre-trip and post-trip truck inspection reports, and shipping and delivery tickets) 

• Follow Company and DOT regulations and safety standards 

• Complete deliveries in adherence with the Company’s Shipping Protocol 

• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable truck (inside and out) 

• Complete transfer routes between multiple Company sites. 

• Ensure safekeeping and security of truck keys and WEX cards.  

• Maintain all receipts for expenses incurred for approved business transactions and comply with Company expense policy.  

• Execute route in a safe and efficient manner with communication to logistics and distribution if issues arrive and proactively to explain added route time. 

• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications: 

• Comfortable driving in a variety of weather and traffic conditions. 

• Valid CDL Class A driver’s license and clean MVR (good driving record with no traffic violations) 

• Excellent organizational and time management skills 

• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs  

• Capable of standing and/or sitting for extended time periods. 

• Pass a drug test upon hire, promotion and maintains a current DOT Medical Card 

• Valid authorization to work in the U.S.A.
