Class A CDL Driver Entry Level Welcome

COMPENSATION

• Employment Type: Full-time W2
• CPM: $0.43 – $0.61 based on verifiable experience
• Weekly Pay: $1,300 – $1,500 average
• Annual Salary: $67,000 – $85,000
• Weekly Miles: Approximately 2,200 average
• Orientation: Paid — travel and hotel provided

HOME TIME

• Home every other week for a 34/48-hour reset

• Mostly drop and hook loads
• Region: 11 Western States

ENTRY LEVEL DRIVER TRAINING PROGRAM

• Valid Class A CDL required to enter
• Minimum 120 hours of driving in trucking school
• Training format: OTR for 4 to 6 weeks with assigned mentor
• Training pay: $650.00 per week throughout training period

QUALIFICATIONS

• 21 years of age or older with a valid Class A CDL
• 6 months verifiable experience — or recent CDL A School graduate
• No DOT preventable accidents or major accidents on record
• Any DOT preventable accident in the last 5 years is an automatic disqualification
• No more than 2 preventable incidents
• Must not have been terminated from last position due to safety concerns
• Never failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test
• No DUI in a commercial vehicle within the last 5 years
