Class A CDL Driver/ General Laborer

We're seeking a dependable and motivated CDL Driver / General Laborer to support the transportation and logistics of modular housing units. This hybrid role combines driving expertise with hands-on labor, offering a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to contribute to innovative housing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport completed modular units from the production facility to designated storage sites
Sequence and organize modular units at storage locations for efficient site delivery
Assist in preparing units for final delivery, including inspection and staging
Collaborate with skilled trades within the factory to support modular unit production
Flexibly support other work areas as needed to meet operational demands

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) license with a clean driving record
• Ability to perform general labor tasks in a physically active environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
• High School diploma or related field preferred
• One (1) year experience in the building trades field preferred
