We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused, and hardworking Class A or B CDL Driver to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll make local deliveries of high-quality building materials while enjoying a consistent weekday schedule – and the backing of an employee-owned company that puts people first.

Compensation:

  • $26 - $30 DOE
  • $4,000 Retention Bonus
    • $1,000 after 6 months
    • $1,000 after 1 year
    • $1,000 after 2 years
    • $1,000 after 3 years

Responsibilities:

  • Operate various types of trucks to transport materials to designated locations.
  • Safely load and unload building materials (forklift use as needed).
  • Conduct routine checks on vehicles and equipment, report maintenance needs.
  • Follow all local, state, and federal traffic laws and company safety standards.
  • Communicate with dispatch and coworkers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service at each stop.

Qualifications:

  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
