We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused, and hardworking Class A or B CDL Driver to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll make local deliveries of high-quality building materials while enjoying a consistent weekday schedule – and the backing of an employee-owned company that puts people first.
Compensation:
- $26 - $30 DOE
- $4,000 Retention Bonus
- $1,000 after 6 months
- $1,000 after 1 year
- $1,000 after 2 years
- $1,000 after 3 years

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of trucks to transport materials to designated locations.
- Safely load and unload building materials (forklift use as needed).
- Conduct routine checks on vehicles and equipment, report maintenance needs.
- Follow all local, state, and federal traffic laws and company safety standards.
- Communicate with dispatch and coworkers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service at each stop.
Qualifications:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
