Class A Regional Driver

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus 

Your Earning Potential

Most of our drivers gross $1,750 weekly. Drivers who maximize their availability and efficiency consistently hit $2,200–$2,400 gross per week before taxes. Your pay is built from multiple streams:

• Mileage: $0.53–$0.73 per mile depending on your experience
• $240 per unload · $25 per stop · $105 per backhaul load
• $250 additional for deliveries into NYC boroughs
• $50 bonus when you're available for a full work week
• Expect around 1,500 miles across 5 loads each week

Life On This Route

Dry freight deliveries to FD locations across seven Northeast states — CT, MA, NH, VT, NY, RI, and ME. You'll run an early morning schedule Sunday through Friday, averaging 3–5 stops per load. Every load is hand unloaded box-by-box on rollers. It's demanding work and the pay reflects that.

You're back on a 34-hour reset every single week. No extended stretches away from home.

First time with us? You'll shadow a seasoned driver on paid ride-alongs at $150 a day before going out on your own.

Who We're Looking For

• Active CDL-A · Must be 21 or older
• Minimum 3 months behind the wheel of a 40ft or longer combination vehicle
• Spotless record — no DUI or SAP involvement within the last five years
• DOT medical card and clean drug screen required
• You'll need a secure location to park your truck and trailer overnight
