We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional lane running between the Chicago, IL market and the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN market. This position offers consistent miles, predictable routes, and reliable weekend home time on a stable freight lane with steady year-round work.
Average weekly pay: $1,200–$1,500
Average 2,400+ miles per week
Home weekends with a 34-hour reset
Consistent, back-and-forth dedicated lane (Chicago ↔ Minneapolis/St. Paul)
Steady freight and predictable scheduling
Dry van freight
100% no-touch freight
Approximately 70% drop & hook with some live load/unload
Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International equipment
Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)
Detention and breakdown pay: $20 per hour
Up to $2,000 401(k) match available

Paid holidays (8 days per year)

Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
(Maximum of 1 job in the last 6 months OR 9+ months of experience with up to 2 jobs)
Must have verifiable driving activity within the last 90 days
Valid Class A CDL required
Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements
