Delivery Driver / Courier

The Ralph Brennan Bakery Delivery Driver / Courier drives the company van and makes daily bakery deliveries to Ralph Brennan Restaurants in Midcity and the French Quarter. The courier is also responsible for inter-company deliveries between restaurants, the corporate office, and offsite storage. 

The courier is responsible for the following:

• packing bakery orders according to the daily packing lists, 
• packing the delivery van,
• ensuring that orders are checked in properly with each restaurant,
• obtaining signatures/proof of delivery for invoicing,
• picking up ingredient orders from local vendors as needed,
• picking up delivery bins from restaurants and returning them to the bakery,
• picking up mail at each restaurant for the corporate office,
• distributing mail from corporate office to restaurants,
• and keeping the company van clean.

Shifts start at 3am.

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must have current, valid auto insurance. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
