Entry Level CDL-A Truck Driver – Paid Training Program – Springfield

Training Program for New CDL Drivers

• This position is open to drivers who recently obtained their CDL and need over-the-road experience.
• Valid Class A CDL required
• Minimum 120 hours completed at an accredited CDL training school
• 3–5 week paid training program with an experienced company mentor
• Training includes safety procedures, ELD usage, trip planning, and company operations
• Drivers transition to solo driving based on performance and readiness

Truck Fleet

• Late-model Freightliner and Kenworth tractors
• Automatic and 10-speed transmissions

Driver Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
