What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate a flatbed truck in compliance with DOT and company standards 
• Complete pre-trip, post-trip, and inspection reports (DVIR)
• Load, secure, and transport materials
• Operate a forklift to load and unload materials 
• Ensure all loads are properly secured and comply with safety regulations
• Maintain and care for your assigned truck and equipment
• Accurately complete delivery documentation
• Provide professional, reliable service to customers at every stop

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid NC CDL Class A
• Clean driving record
• 2 years’ experience with flatbed hauling preferred or 1 year driving with forklift experience 
• Will train on forklift with 2 years’ driving experience
• Knowledge of load securement (straps, chains, binders, tarping)
• Ability to pass a criminal background and Clearinghouse checks
• Strong safety record and strong work ethic 
• Team player with a positive attitude

Physical Requirements: This role is hands-on and active. Drivers must be able to:

• Lift up to 75 lbs. regularly 
• Climb onto trailers and secure loads at various heights
• Sit, stand, and remain active for extended periods 
• Bend, twist, reach, kneel, and crouch as needed 
• Handle straps, chains, binders, and tarps in various weather conditions
• Maintain awareness of surroundings, including sounds, movement, and visual details
