Position Overview

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for a lease purchase opportunity with consistent miles, strong earning potential, and regular home time. This position primarily runs east of I-35 and offers steady freight with a major customer.

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Minimum 1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 24 months, OR 6 months within the last 12 months
  • Must have OTR or regional driving experience (local-only experience does not qualify)
  • Must meet all DOT safety and employment requirements

Job Details

  • Pay: $1.45 CPM + fuel surcharge
  • Average Miles:
    • 2,400–2,500 miles/week (home weekly)
    • 2,500–2,700 miles/week (out two weeks)
  • Estimated Gross Revenue: $3,625 – $3,915/week (before deductions)
  • Estimated Take-Home:
    • $1,500–$1,700 (home weekly)
    • $1,700–$1,900 (home every other weekend)
  • Home Time:
    • Typically out 5.5 days with a 34-hour reset at home
    • Option to stay out longer for increased earnings
  • Operating Area: East of I-35 (Midwest & Southeast), no NYC routes
  • Freight: Hauling finished paper goods (no-touch freight)
  • Primary Customer: Major paper goods manufacturer

Lease Purchase Program

  • Equipment: 2023–2024 International trucks
  • Lease Terms: 1–3 years (based on truck mileage)
  • Weekly Payments: $650–$750
  • Buyout: Final payment typically under $5,000 (varies by unit)
  • Early Termination Option: $1,400 fee
  • Maintenance Escrow: Account provided for repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Drivers will be assigned an available truck at orientation
