OTR Truck Driver- Paid per Mile

With portable storage containers, customers have the flexibility to choose on-site storage, warehouse storage, local moving, long-distance moving or any combination. Our team of experts is available to help customers from start to finish with the goal of exceeding every customer’s expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport containers over long distances between various locations terminal to terminal with NO drop and hook

• Drivers will have assigned leased trucks that are ALL automatic

• Perform thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections

• Plan routes for on‑time delivery

• Maintain truck cleanliness and mechanical readiness

• Maintain accurate E‑logs

• Report violations, delays, breakdowns

• Secure containers on flatbeds

 What Makes You a Great Fit

• Clean driving record

• Experience as an OTR or commercial truck driver

• Strong knowledge of DOT and safety regulations

• GPS/map navigation skills

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Ability to work long hours and stay focused

• Forklift experience and safe lifting practices

Requirements

• Valid CDL with excellent driving record

Routing & Home Time

• 3 weeks on / 1 week home (when operationally feasible)

• Routes vary by freight demand

• Drivers must average 550 miles per day

Compensation – Pay Per Mile

• $0.65 per mile

• Weekly pay with one-week lag

• Paid miles: loaded, deadhead, terminal travel, company-directed travel

• Personal miles require pre‑authorization
