We are hiring Class A CDL drivers to run established dry van lanes with steady freight demand and structured routing. This position offers predictable schedules, performance incentives, and equipment designed for driver comfort.
Only 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience required.
Regional runs throughout the Southwest states
Average 2,200+ miles per week
Freight is 100% no-touch
Majority drop-and-hook loads
Pulling dry van trailers on consistent customer freight
Reliable year-round freight network
Mileage pay $0.53 CPM on all miles (loaded & empty)
Safety performance bonus +$.01–$.03 per mile
Additional +$.01 CPM for Hazmat endorsement (not required)
Pay protection plan available for added income stability
Weekly pay via direct deposit
Paid orientation and onboarding

Valid Class A CDL
