Pay & Benefits

• Up to $0.55 per mile (CPM) 
• Average annual pay: $65,000 – $75,000
• Top earners: $70,000-$85,000+ based on miles and performance
• $2,000 Sign-On/Schedule Bonus

Schedule & Route

• Regional routes 
• Home every weekend 
• Home 2–3 nights per week 
• Monday–Friday schedule (occasional Sunday start) 
• Consistent freight & dependable miles 
• Late-model, well-maintained equipment (Reefer trailers)

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a CDL-A vehicle (26,000+ GVW) 
• Deliver products to grocery warehouses & distribution centers 
• Backhaul raw materials when assigned 
• Load/unload freight and verify counts 
• Complete delivery paperwork and maintain ELD logs 
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections 
• Provide professional customer service at each stop

 Requirements 

• Valid Illinois CDL-A license
• 2+ years of driving experience 
• Clean driving record
• Basic knowledge of FMCSA regulations (Sec. 177 & 383–396)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must pass a DOT physical and drug test
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and communication skills
• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused 
• Ability to use email and basic navigation tools
