Job Description

Bright Flag Recruiting has partnered with BR Williams Trucking, LLC (BRW) to hire experienced CDL A Drivers to join their team! BRW brings several years of experience in the logistics and transportation industry and operates in the Lincoln, AL area.

Route Details and Requirements: 

• Plant Schedule: Mon-Fri with Occasional Saturdays 
• Full-Time: 5-6 days per week
• Dispatch Window: 12am – 1am
• Home Daily, Local Runs

• Arrive to pick up Tractor:
  • BRW Truck Yard: 190 Victory Ln. Eastaboga, AL 36260
• Pick up racks and trailers from Honda Plants:
  • Alabama Honda Assembly Plant Truck Entrance: 2315 McLain Ave. Lincoln, AL 36260
  • New South Express, LLC: 249b Clover Rd. Lincoln, AL 36260
• Deliver racks and trailers to Suppliers:
  • Suppliers located in Rainsville, Cullman, and Clanton, AL

Benefits for a CDL A Truck Driver: 

• Competitive Weekly Pay: approximately $1,500/week-1,800/week 
• $300/day 1099
• Paid Weekly - Direct Deposit
• Initial PPE Provided!

Minimum CDL A Truck Driver Qualifications include:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License holder for at least 2 years
• 1-2 years of Tractor Trailer driving Experience Required
• At least 21 years of age 
• Must have at least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 2 years
• Must be willing to wear required PPE: Hi-Vis Vest, Hard Hat, Steel Toe Work Boots, Eye protection, etc. 
• Must be able to pass DOT physical, pre-employment background, and drug screen 
• No revoked or suspended license, DUI, DWI, or reckless driving violations. 
• MVR: No more than two moving violations in the last 36 months, no more than 1 preventable incident within the last 12 months.
