Open Positions

Right now, our company is filling 24 immediate openings for entry-level Class A CDL drivers.

Compensation & Benefits

During your first 30 days of training, you’ll earn $650 per week while learning on the road.
After completing training, weekly pay increases to $1,200–$1,500+ depending on your route selection.

Following your first month, benefits begin and include medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), and paid vacation.
Additionally, we provide $10,000 in company-paid life insurance along with disability coverage.

As a bonus, drivers who funded their own CDL schooling can receive $1,000 in tuition reimbursement.
Even better, free college tuition is available for both you and one immediate family member.

Equipment & Driving Options

Our fleet includes late-model Freightliner tractors, most of which are automatic.
Multiple divisions are available, including dry van, refrigerated, and flatbed.
Flexible route options allow you to choose between OTR, regional, or dedicated runs with home time that fits your needs.
Even if you begin with regional or dedicated routes, you’ll still build valuable OTR experience for your future.

Training & Getting Started

Getting hired is straightforward with a quick and simple process.
Orientation lasts just 1.5 days to prepare you for the road.
Then, you’ll complete four weeks of paid training at $650 per week alongside an experienced trainer, with no home time during this phase.

Once training is complete, you’ll take a 2–5 day break at home before transitioning to solo driving.
Afterward, you’ll meet with your fleet manager to choose your route and begin full-time work.
