Local CDL-A Drivers Needed – Home Daily | Tracy, CA

A steady, home-daily driving position is now available for experienced Class A CDL drivers in the Tracy area. This role offers consistent miles, predictable routes, and competitive weekly earnings within California’s Central Valley.

Position Summary
This is a local NIGHT SHIFT opportunity operating out of Tracy, CA. Drivers run dedicated, round-trip routes throughout the Central Valley and return home daily. Freight is preloaded with drop and hook only, and all loads are 100% no-touch.

Pay & Miles
Drivers can expect to earn between $1,200 and $1,500 per week, with mileage pay ranging from $0.65 to $0.71 per mile. Weekly miles typically fall between 1,800 and 2,100. Pay is issued weekly and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

Routes & Freight
All routes operate strictly within California’s Central Valley. No mountain driving is required, and all lanes are designed as round-trip runs returning to Tracy. Schedules may include weekends, with holiday work depending on terminal needs.

Hiring Area
Applicants must reside within 40 miles of ZIP codes 95201–95212 or 95215. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply from Tracy, Stockton, Lodi, Lathrop, Modesto, and Manteca.

Driver Requirements
A minimum of one year of verifiable CDL-A OTR experience is required with at least a 48' trailer. This is a first-seat position for experienced drivers. No additional endorsements are necessary.

Orientation

Drivers will receive $300 for orientation upon official hire.
