Positions Available

We currently have 24 immediate openings for new Class A CDL drivers.

Pay & Benefits

• $650 per week during your first 30 days of paid training

• $1,200–$1,500+ weekly after training depending on the route you choose

• Benefits after 30 days: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid vacation

• $1,000 CDL tuition reimbursement if you paid for your training

• Free college tuition available for you and one immediate family member

Equipment & Opportunities

• Drive late-model Freightliner tractors, mostly automatic

• Opportunities in dry van, refrigerated, and flatbed divisions

• Choose from OTR, regional, or dedicated routes with flexible home time

• Build a strong OTR resume even if you start with regional or dedicated runs

Training & Onboarding

• Simple and quick hiring process

• 1.5-day orientation to get you started

• Four weeks of paid on-the-road training ($650/week) with experienced trainers~ no home time during training. 

• After training, take a 2–5 day break at home before going solo

• Meet with your fleet manager to select your route and begin driving full-time

5. Attend orientation and start paid training

Requirements

• Minimum age: 21

• Valid Class A CDL with current DOT physical

• Graduate of a 120-hour CDL training program within the last 2 years (certificate required)

• Clean driving record (no pending tickets, no 15+ mph over speeding tickets in the last 2 years)

• No more than one DUI in your lifetime

• Accident reports required for any incidents in the last 5 years

• Copies of any tickets from the last 3 years

• Must pass all DOT requirements including hair or urine testing

• Clear background check no serious infractions ever. 

• Able to start within the next few weeks
